MAIN GOAL
To go above and beyond to serve our guests by making them feel welcomed, initiating the "welcome", and ensuring every person is greeted and wished a warm farewell.
Those who volunteer on our Hospitality Team play an essential role in our Sunday experience at Christ the Redeemer.
Those one our Hospitality Team are tasked with being Christ the Redeemer's first impression to all those joining us for worship on the weekends.

To be available and welcoming to all who join us on the weekend.
Yes. It really is that simple.
We encourage all volunteers on our Hospitality Team to do one thing: just be yourself. If you're a member of this team, it means you love people! So we invite you to do just that. Volunteers on our Hospitality Team make themselves available to others and offer a welcoming smile and a kind word.
RESPONSIBILITIES
All teams who assist us in serving on Sundays have some simple responsibilities.

BE OPEN & AVAILABLE TO THE HOLY SPIRIT
Ultimately, we know that people have not come to Church for us. They are here because God has called them and because they desire to experience and encounter Him. So we ask our volunteers to remain open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
SMILE
You would be amazing at the what just a simply smile can do to someone's day. It can change their outlook, their perception.
It can make a lonely day seem not so lonely. There is power in a smile.
GREET ALL GUESTS WITH JOY
We encourage all of our volunteers to be joyful. In The Joy of the Gospel, Pope Francis's first sentence is as follows: "The joy of the gospel fills the hearts and lives of all who encounter Jesus."
OPEN EXTERIOR CHURCH DOORS AND INITIATE THE WELCOME
When possible, our Hospitality Team greets all guests joining us outside our church doors. We desire for all those joining us to feel welcomed, from the moment they step onto our church campus.
ASSIST CHILDREN'S LITURGY FACILITATORS
We have dedicated adults and teens who journey with our young children each Sunday. We ask those on our Hospitality Team to assist our CTR Kids facilitators getting kids to and from class.
PRAY FOR OUR TEAM
We can never under estimate the power of our prayer. All who volunteer on our Hospitality Team are asked to offer up prayers especially for those who volunteer here at Christ the Redeemer.
